Ludlow Brewery’s annual race day returns on Wednesday 11th October 2023 with horse racing, betting and beers, in partnership with Ludlow Racecourse. This year, racegoers could be a winner even before the races, with FIVE Golden Tickets being up for grabs.
Advance ticket buyers could be lucky and be randomly picked to receive a Golden ticket, with prizes including a free ticket, race card, beer and brewery tour. The first race is at 2.10pm, with the last race to close the day’s excitement taking place at 5.35pm.
Alongside the betting, brewery staff will be serving up selected cask ales and craft beers, as well as other alcoholic beverages and soft drinks.
Managing Director Gary Walters said: “We are delighted to be hosting our fifth annual race day. Our brewery day is the first meet of Ludlow Racecourse’s Jump Racing season this autumn, and we hope it will get the season off to a great start!
“We look forward to mingling with everyone as you enjoy a flutter and a pint or two, while soaking up the atmosphere at one of the country’s friendliest racecourses.”

The Ludlow Brewery Premier Badge admits to all areas of the racecourse except the Annual Members’ Club Room and the Owners and Trainers Lounge. Facilities include: two bars situated in The Windsor Marquee opposite The Grandstand and Tattenhall (“Tatts”) Bar, which is operated by Ludlow Brewery at every race meet.
