Delivery Information
We endeavour to deliver all orders (subject to stock availability) within 3-5 working days from the order date. However it could be longer during busy periods, or times when we are short staffed.
Charges
We have kept our courier costs as low as we possibly can; we don’t make any money from postage, or charge for handling. The costs added at the point of checkout (with the exception of merchandise where we have included the cost of Royal Mail postage) are passed on from Parcel Force, who charge us the following rates, plus 15% fuel surcharge for each item in the shipment (We have also added on a small charge to cover packaging costs):
- EXPRESS 24 First item rate £6.49, subsequent items £3.29 + fuel surcharge + VAT.
- EXPRESS 48 First item rate £5.28, subsequent items £2.64 per item + fuel surcharge + VAT.
Returns & Refunds
We cannot accept returns or offer exchanges on beer purchases unless the item(s) are damaged. If your item(s) arrive damaged please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible via email: beer@ludlowbrewery.co.uk.
Merchandise
We hope you love your order but we understand that there might be an occasion where you’d like to return something to us. We are happy to issue a refund on unused and unworn items that are returned in their original condition within 30 days of purchase. You will need to cover the cost of postage, unless the item is faulty.
Please ensure you send your parcel back via recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit.
We will issue refunds via your original payment method within 7 working days.
