Although brewing is an industry with a fascinating history that stretches back to way before Medieval times, the art has come on a bit during the Centuries. As you will see from the up-to-date automated machinery, with some impressive flashy buttons! It was a great day for ancient humans when they discovered a method for creating sugar and fermenting it into alcohol. This technique was the beginning of brewing beer, which luckily for us, is still popular to this day. It’s certainly alive and well in this lovely little Medieval town, Ludlow.
